  Great result and friendly service. I brought my Tesla to Rick after multiple visits to Tesla with the issue of the car pulling towards the right. Tesla was unable to fix the issue and said it was "within" spec of their machine.
  
  After getting fed up and researching around, I found Rick's shop. He was friendly and patient, spending time to explain what he had done to rectify my problem and providing a detailed report of the wheel alignment measurements.
  
  Very happy with them, will be taking my car in here for future tyre changes as well and any work related to the wheels.

  For over a decade, I've taken an Audi, MINI and two VWs to Rick's for wheel alignments. He is a master of the trade and does a faultless job every time. I'll wager you won't find someone that can do better in Brisbane. He got my Audi back to spec when the dealership couldn't after two attempts. Even my wife who isn't into cars feels the improvement his work makes. Honestly, you won't let anyone else touch your vehicle's alignment again after visiting this guy.

  Rick is not only a first rate mechanic who offers a good price, he is also a very kind man. I've been super anxious driving since being caught out in the floods last year, Rick has gone out of his way to calm me down and check my car's safety and that kindness means alot.

  If you don't want to get ripped off, stay away they will take advantage. You will book through Rick but get billed by Kratzmann Motors Pty Ltd. Rick will throw up his hands and say he's not responsible.

  We replaced the two sets of four tyres ( two vehicles) from this places about six months ago.
  The wheel alignment works well with comfort driving and the better fuel efficiency than before.
  The price and fitting quality are reasonable in the busy Brisbane area.
  It is located near the CBD area so easy to access.

  Best Ford wheel alignment in Brisbane. Always has done a great job on my Falcons, Fairmonts and Fairlanes.

  I love this place. The tyres on our Prius always used to scrub so quickly on the front wheels. It was bad enough to counteract any saving on the fuel. At least 4 other places couldn't fix the problem and always blamed us - under inflation for instance when I knew it wasn't the case.
  Rick's is the only place I know who gets it right on the Prius and the other cars the family owns.
  Rick's also interesting to talk to if you have a short wait and can hang around. He volunteers for the Coast Guard for instance.
  He's also one of the few people keeping the trade of "Front End Specialist" alive by training lots of young blokes. The people who work on your car in a tyre shop aren't necessarily properly trained.
