  Have taken my cars here a couple times before and have been extremely happy. Not sure what changed, but the service was unacceptable this time round. Complete lack of communication. My small repair took weeks, and not once did they call me for a follow-up, or to even let me know how the repairs were going. When I followed them up, I had a rude senior man tell me to not email or call, and that he would call me when the repairs were finished (I'd only made contact with them a couple of times at this point). I waited for his call, and days later I finally called back and his reply was "Oh that car, yes that's been sitting here for a while". Meanwhile, I've been without a car for weeks, waiting patiently to get my car back....
  
  Further, and I'm still not sure what logical explanation they have for this, but instead of replacing a fixture on the bumper of my car (the brackets holding it in had broken on impact), they instead glued it to my vehicle, in hope's I wouldn't notice. Unacceptable and I was completely disgusted.
  
  The owner did happily fix this after I had explained the issue, however it should never have happened in the first place, and their lack of service and communication certainly didn't help with the situation.
  
  Real pity as their paint work was actually really good and the colour matching was perfect.
